It is a confirmed non photoshoped picture. With lots of alternate photos plus an admission from the Russian Government of the failed vehicle launch. When I first saw it my first thought was photoshop.

Cool picture. With that blue streak from the ground, it looks like one of those "B" movie lasers shooting the rocket down.

Guys this is not a rocket, this is HAARP.
The Norway spiral had 18 layers, thats a lot of viscosity for rocket fuel.. its way too symmetrical, way too stationary, then it just disappears into a perfect black expanding circle. No sparks, no debis, no smoke, no bang, no nothing.

There are spirals displayed in the sky over China as well as Norway.
Watch this video, it explains what HAARP is and the potentials of it's power. This video is older so you can imagine what technology they have come up with since. It also shows all the locations of HAARP sites around the world, one being Tromso (Norway)

The really strange part to me is that the missile didn't self-destruct. Although it was the 3rd stage that failed, I would have expected it to detonate like this failed Trident D-5 launch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Z-3fjg4dYY

But, as a former cold-war submariner, I am personally thrilled to see that they still haven't gotten their Bulava missiles working.
