    Squeeze Balls

As delightful as it sounds, I'm referring to soft therapeutic balls smaller than tennis balls. They were prescribed after my carpal tunnel surgery, which was a bit too late for me.

They have been a great aid in recovery, besides helping with strengthening grip and relieving stress. Has anyone tried them?

I have one at work and as a stress reliever they can't be beat. Doing tech support for a bunch of engineers who THINK they know what they're doing some form of stress relief is a must... gripping the user around the neck and squeezing is considered a non-optimal solution.

I've received some (advertising) via computer shows over the years. I don't use them that often, but I stayed away from computers (saw the writing on the wall, too many job changeovers and hate doing things I like for a living, it turns into work).

If I can get it away from the cat..... had two, dog got the other, they do not digest, picking up after the dog was particularly ugly that day.

They do help a lot, I have a strength one too but that just aggravates the wrist.

        Bill,

How cold was it? It was so cold that I was worried that when I froze to death that I wouldn't go to he11.

I use the NSD powerballs which are a little different concept but have been great for undoing some of the damage i've done to my wrist area. The powerball in conjunction with my New Grip wrist straps have changed my life
