I am sitting here in a t-shirt and I am quite comfortable. it is mid-40s outside and t-stat is set for 70. My wife had on a sweatshirt and was wrapped in a blanket and was still cold. When we were dating we spent more time at her house than mine because I kept the t-stat there at 68 and she thought it was freezing.

Belive me Young Fat is warmer than Old Fat. I am in my sweats thank you and am very comfortable about 38 outside and 70 inside but will start droping now as the T-Stat going into the overnight phase of it program. Shop is a nice 65F and the feral cat living out there loves it.

My MIL is staying with us for a few months and the thermostat is at 78, and she's still cold! Just bought 2 space heaters, one for the bedroom and one for the living room when she's down there watching tv. One girlfriend I was dating about 10 years ago had a problem with cold weather. We could be in a car with the heat roasting us in the middle of winter and her hands would be warm. She would then get out of the car walk 10 feet to the inside of a fairly warm restaurant and her hands would be like cold like icicles.Comment

The cold bothers me much more in my mid 40's than it did in my thirties. I still keep the tstat on 65 during the day and less at night in the winter I just cant sleep being hot.I think therefore I .....awwww where is that remote.Comment

Told LOML shortly after we were married 8 years ago if she was cold, wear a sweater. Else I wore nothing.
At first she liked the idea. Now, at 61, she asks me to please put on some clothes.
Of course, if she wore nothing that would be OK with me.
