Woodcraft Holiday Savings Certificate

Received the Woodcraft Christmas flyer today. The additional saving s card attached is decent, $10 off a purchase of $20 or more.

What is interesting is one of the exclusions. Typical Festool, SawStop, Leigh, Steel City and Gift Cards. The strangeness is it also excludes Black & Decker, Delta, Porter-Cable, and DeWalt products on December 12th.

Anyone heard if something is up with those two companies on the 12th? Some universal promotion?
