That's all part of the attraction. But, if the whole thing was computer generated, they should have added more traffic.

If this is the setup I have seen before, that motorcycle you see towards the end is the front vehicle and radio's back what the traffic is ahead. Then they have the chase vehicle with a low mounted camera.

I assumed that was the case, but to be doing this into oncoming traffic, which effectively cuts the road in half, is suicidal. Not to mention that the motorcycle in front is doing nothing to warn oncoming drivers, who might panic and do something unexpected when they suddenly see a guy come skidding around a corner on his belly.
