20 out of 20, but I agree with fbrend123--you didn't really get 20 unless you knew that The Mills Brothers made a hit of the song Cab Driver, not the Ink Spots.

That's absolutely right. But I put down the Ink Spots because I knew what they probably wanted, since the Mills Brothers was not a choice. If I'm not mistaken, "Cab Driver" was their last hit.

18/20, but I don't think I am as "old as dirt" since I am only in my 40s. A lot of these are not that long ago.

Herb, the purple ink was still going into the 90s, so it is much more recent. And congrats on your 1000th post...

Actually, a lot of these are not that old - I drove a car where you switched the brights on from the floor and it must have been a 70s car. And we also had milked delivered in the 70s - although living in San Diego it never froze. And we had green stamps and the wax colored bottles of liquid stuff.

The Inkspots biggest hits were "If I Didn't Care", and "I Don't Want To Set The World on Fire"; If anybody cares.

                  I got 18/20.

Not counting the Ink Spots question, I missed the Studebaker one, so officially I got 19, wasn't born in the 40's and wore didies in the 50's.
Sometimes the old man passed out and left the am radio on so I got to hear the oldie songs and current event kind of things
