I've been on the phone with HD for close to an hour trying to get an item shipped from one branch to my local branch since my branch doesn't have it in stock. Pretty simple right? Well apparently not. They keep transferring me from branch to branch, each one saying that's not their responsibility. Not only do they not know what they're doing but they put me on hold for 20 or so minute stretches. That on hold song/commercial they have is about to make me go nuts!!!

They're probably right that it's not their responsibility. The store you want whatever it is transferred into should be doing the necessary paper/phone work not you. If I worked at HD and a customer said to transfer something from one location to another I doubt if I'd do it on their word alone either._________________________
