    The season must have changed.

The seasons must have changed. Got up this morning to my feet itching, Sure enough the skin on the bottom of my feet were dry and cracked. It happens at least twice a year. Summer into Fall/Winter and Winter into spring/summer. This has only be since I have gotten older so either my body is adjusting to the seasons or I have become a Snake and I am shedding. AT least this time I had some lotion to put on. If I hadn't they would be very sore and painfull by now. Keep a bottle in the shop, one in the house and one in my truck use it 3 or 4 times aday. should clear up by the middle of October and not bother me again until April. Went to my Doctor a few years ago about it and all she said was use lotion and how come you gained 15lbs and your blood work is not where it is supposed to be. I have lost 10 of the 15 pounds and my Blood work is back to where she wants it. Like I email her this morning my feet are itching again, her reply "Use lotion and go for a 2 mile walk." I did.

With me it is the tips of my fingers that give me problems. They will split if I don't keep them treated. Best thing I have found is Burt's Bee Wax Hand Salve or Vitamin E Oil.

You're a snake... But, be advised that if you shed in flakes, rather than in one big piece, you have a nutritional deficiency. Take two rats and call me in the morning...

For me, my lips get chapped. I think I'm addicted to chapstick. I take it wherever I go.
