    Now this is a flood

Video of the flooding from Philippines. I was born there and still have some family there. Luckily they don't live in any of the affected cities.

Incredible video. It's hard to imagine without seeing it.

      Floods

      http://www.jaha.org/FloodMuseum/1936.html I was in the 1977 flood. I didnt loose a thing,but knew a lot that did.

How awful. The video reminds me of the tsunami in Indonesia and Asia back in 2004. I was in the Philippines in 1972 when there was torrential rain/flooding, and while we didn't do anything but sit around in the rain, the helicopter wing on our ship did a lot of rescue work. We had a river of mud come washing through our quanset hut barracks one night, what a mess.
