Something Big Just Walked By My Shop

at least I think so. I was up on the ladder doing some wiring. I definitely heard whining - canine, possibly feline but AFIK no big cats around here. I do know there are foxes, coyotes, and of course dogs. I think I heard the footsteps. Deer to but I don't think they are vocal. I'd like to think it was the neighbor's dog but I think her pen is too far away for what I heard. Anyway, spooked me a little. There is also something weird about working out there in an all-white shop but it is the first night out there since it has been painted so I think I just need to get used to it.

If it were a cat, you would not have heard footsteps.

Maybe you should build a scarecrow...

Could be one of the "foots", like Bigfoot, but this one is "Lightfoot".

I think they're getting ready to film "I know what you did in your shop last night."

Maybe we should send someone out to be in the shop with you at night. Any sugestions? We haven't had any sightings of Bigfoot out here recently maybe he moved to the NC area so he could be closer to his NASCAR buddies.

Shania Twain. Or Faith Hill. But my wife would complain I think.

Actually there is no need - I have my crowbar handy just in case.

You'd use a crowbar on Shania Twain?

If they filmed that in my shop last night; You would see that I made the door exactly 2" too long, had to remake a rail twice and am now procrastinating on checking if the glue up is still flat and square, and really hoping that it is not now 2" too short.

Ya know, I would try sticking that green popular out in the sun to get a tan, if we ever get some sun.

Working from home today and one of my neighbors stopped while I was out getting the mail. Was talking to him and he thinks it was coyotes, plural. He said they (the coyotes) were out and about last night. If he's right they came awfully close to my house too.
