    A Puzzler

    It took me 7 tries.

Come on fellows, if an old man like me can do it in the second try . . .

hmmm. I'm not getting anything. Maybe they can't accommodate the BT3'ers all visiting at the same time.

Correction -- it took a while, but the frogs appeared!

That's a great one! Not quite at your level, leehljp, but I got pretty darn close!

            Alex,

Your problem is that this is a very low tech puzzle. You fellows would have to dumb down to move up! Now if it were a rubics cube, I couldn't match a 4 per side cube!

I used to play with that kind of puzzles all the time. My girls and LOML used to give puzzles like THIS, for birthdays and Christmas. Solving the above frog jump is in a way like the "15's" game here . There is a simple sequence to it that once learned, makes it easy. The frog jump probably be done is more than one way, but there is a sequence to it.

Three tries. I knew what I wanted to do on the second, but screwed it up.

Thought it was impossible after the third try, but got it on the fourth.

After solving the puzzle in four tries, thought I'd give it another go. Did it on the fifth...shoulda quit while I was ahead.

I kept waiting for the car to come by and squash some of the frogs, I think I must be doing something wrong, no alligator either, seems I am not only dumber than a 5th grader but a 2nd grader too. Think I'll blame it on the meds I'm either taking or not taking. Shotgun, what this game really needs is a shotgun.

                        Bill,

Don't be a quitter. Never give up. Stay with it 'til you get it. Once you do, your self esteem will return and you'll feel much better. Hey...it took me four tries.

I could lie and say 1 try, but really 7. I was on the phone though, so I was unable to give it my full attention

I think my last frog needs steroids. He has to jump over three others.
