I bought one of their Pow'r Pullers (Come-a-long) a couple of weeks ago and finally unboxed it on Friday to pull out a tree. I've gone through a couple of the Chineese variety and decided my head was worth more than another cheap version. The shipping on the Maasdam was more than the cost of the cheap version. I was seriously disappointed, the paw would not catch unless I held it down on every pull of the handle. (Yes I had the spring flexed in the right direction) The release mechanism is just as crappy. I'll have to call them to make sure I did not end up with a knock-off, but return shipping will make it a no win either way.
