    I think the goat...and the car owner...were from out of town (Iowa maybe?). The goat is now officially a Wisconsonite.

              All those stories are pretty strange. The strangest part was learning that there are "respected local goat owners." Who respects goat owners?! Not their neighbors!

                                      A guy here just reported that his nephew got arrested after he stopped his car to roll a joint. In front of a police station. The guy didn't think too highly of his nephew even before this.
