Up to this point I have avoided twitter. Think I will continue to do so. What garbage.

Hmmm. It seems that Dad is just miserable and is failing to revel in his success at raising an idiot.

Seriously... 28 years old, living with mom and dad, doesn't pay rent, and his hobby is quoting his cranky dad on twitter?

Funny from a stand-up comedian if you're drinking in a club. Sad that this is real life and a 144,000 idiot lemmings find it worth 'following'.

Justin doesn't need Twitter. Maybe he'll find out he was adopted.

gjat, or it could all just be made up. Either way, funny but only once.

Not really funny to me, kinda sad. Maybe that's what Twitter provides...a format for those with unending happiness or unending misery. Of course that depends on your point of view.

I guess I'm in the minority, but I think we need more parents that tell it like it is. I think we should all be a little less tolerant of stupidity.

I'm so sick of the "oh, you don't know how to water the garden? That's fine, you go play with your ipod and I'll water it" kinda crap that this stuff put a big smile on my face.

And I don't assume the guy is always miserable, either.

To anyone born after 1960 this is insanely funny. If you were born before irony was invented, well...

If my 28year old son believed the following is so hilarious that he shares it with 144,000 people on Twitter:
-28 and lives with mom and dad without paying rent.
-won't water plants for my 73yr old dad.
-has to be told to double flush when needed.
-his dad thinks he's an idiot.
-his dad has a foul mouth around family

I think I would be miserable too. ****, if my daugter's were such losers, I'd be forced to tell them to man-up a bit.

Granted, I like his comments about the dog and I wasn't born before 1960. I recognize the irony of an idiot 28 kid being told he's an idiot and sharing said comments from his 'awesome' dad with more people than can fill the Superdome. I don't care who you are. That part IS funny.

Since I don't have access to Twitter, I don't know what y'all are talking about.

I get the "funny", but that crotchety old buzzard needs to lay off the f-bombs and maybe get some mood meds. He obviously doesn't care what anybody thinks, but the example he's setting for his kids and grandkids isn't going to help their development. You used to have to find a sailor to hear language like that, but now you can hear it in any nursery school. It's a shame.

It doesn't sound the grandkids thing is going to be a problem unless this kid gets a life!
