          Women

Funny you offer this challenge. Just last week, I asked my Pastor if he understood women. He said "a little bit". I went on to explain my dillema to him and he said "you just have to love them anyway". So I guess thru it all, just love them?????

It may be true that most women may not really know what they want, but that won't keep 'em from pointing out that we ain't giving it to them...

When you go shoping - do you know in advance what you want? Women I know usually don't, but they quickly make their mind that they want something once they see it. So the answer is really simple - you need to know what a woman will like before she does and offer it to her so she can accept it. It should not be that difficult - every salesman always knows what a customer wants better than the customer. So you need to know what a woman wants better and earlier than a woman.

I figured out what makes women tick...... but I woke up before I could see the end of the dream.

8 years married and this is what I've figured out.

Assume you are always wrong and you'll always be right.

I know exactly what I want before I go shopping. I won't go shopping unless I do know. I agree, the answer is simple. However, it is figuring out what she wants that is impossible.

The chief cause of failure in this life is giving up what you want most for what you want at the moment.

My wife is always right, and I am always mistaken, or wrong. I feel like I'm in the book 1984. 2 + 2 = 5, yes dear, I see how I was wrong, won't happen again.

I've been married 42 years. Allow me share the most important phrases to be used by men to keep the marriage together.

(I shared these with both my SIL's at their bachelor parties.)

                          I was wrong.

                          You were right.

                          I'm sorry.

                          It will never happen again.
You might think I haven't contributed much to the world, but a large number
of the warning labels on tools can be traced back to things I've done...

After almost 36 years married to the same WONDERFUL (In case she reads this!) woman, I always make sure to get the last words in any arguement.

                            "Yes, Dear", usually.......

I bought my wife a ring for our 50th anniversary. The saleslady asked me what I did to keep the marriage going so long. I told her I kept my mouth shut. She and another saleslady immediately tried to recruit me to give seminars on the subject.
