    I'm baaaack

    Hi everyone,

I haven't been online for some time, but I did manage to get a few things done around the house. Very little woodworking, but several other things were taken care of. Now you'll have to put up with me again. Maybe not quite so often.

I kept reading the Indiana obits, and didn't see an Ed62. We all wondered about ya. So, what's been keeping ya busy?

Good guess, but if I had that, I wouldn't have been married for as long as I have been.

Most of the time has been getting things done that I've let go. Like digging out a couple of large shrubs that had roots going into the next county. Well, not quite, but it sure seemed like it. Next was taking up about a 90' paver walk that I put in about 10 years ago. I didn't use a gravel base, so over time, part of it sunk in. That was a pretty big job (done right this time), and the only thing I still have to do is brush the locking sand in and wet it down. More work in the yard, trying to keep LOML happy. The rest was just things that creep up every so often. If you don't get 'em done right away, they pile up on you.

I've been checking the obits too. Never saw Ed62 listed, so I guess I'm good to go.

Good for Ed, apparently rumors of his death are unfounded.... he is certainly healthy enough to rip up 90 + feet of walkway. He is probably in better shape than most of us...ok, Ed, shows your six pack

Thanks for the kind words. I'd really like to rest for a few months, but there's always more to do. I'm in pretty good shape for my age, but I won't tell you I don't get tired easier than I did years ago. As long as the man above lets me, I'll keep chugging along.
