The respirator alone is probably worth 10-15 bucks. Probably needs new cartridges but if its a good brand it would be worth it. The rest well who knows. Since you can't see into the tubs from the net it's anybodies guess as to whether or not to make the man an offer. This is not nearly as bad as someone trying to get $600 (or was it 1200) for a used BT3x00 as was posted here a while ago.

I see this kind of marketing at flea markets and garage sales. There must be some sort of attraction to boxes full of whatever. Then there's the "special" arrangement of "any item" .50 cents.

Should those be the right ones to make a phase convertor they would be worth at least a $100.00.

Problem with that is you won't know if the item is any good until after you spent the money.

The ones that get me are the guys that tear down and old rotted frence, pile it up, and then advertise for "Free Wood", expecting someone to jump at the chance to come haul their trash off for them.

How about the guys on bulk trash days, take something off your pile, and exchange it for something in their truck.
