I'm back, hopefully for at least a while this time.

Hello to all, I just wanted to post a quick message to say I am once again back from a deployment and this time I hope to get some time in the garage. The BT3000 has been sitting idle for about 5 years now, aside from an occasional start up just to see if it still works. I am now stationed near Seattle, WA and if anyone has any information on where to get hardwood I would appreciate a heads up. My garage is still full of boxes but should be empty in a couple weeks, at which time it will be time to set up shop once again.

Anyways, I look forward to getting on here as much as I can and see if I can remember how to cut something straight.

        Glad you're safe and sound.

Seattle has one of the preeminent exotic suppliers in the country, I just can't remember their name... I saw it on TV once.

I've gone to Crosscut Hardwoods when I lived in Seattle. They are on First Avenue South just north of the railroad yard overpass (about a mile south of Safeco Field).
Up here near Port Townsend I go to Edensaw Woods.

A Lifer? Probably not, I hit the magic 20 year mark next July and plan on sticking it out for about another year. I've been dragging my family around the world and going on nice 13 month long trips without them for too long now.
