Anyone try this yet. I just got my invite today. I haven't been able to play around with it too much. Seems like a pretty cool idea but I'm not sure if it will be just another gimmicky idea or something actually useful. It would be great if they could improve the accuracy of the translation of voicemail to text. Good thing is it's from google which = free

Reminds me of some German/English translation software I used to have. Four or five back and forth and was completely illegible.
p.s. Any software that has Bjork in it's vocabulary is just ... weird._____________

It looks like it is a variation on Skype phone. When bugs get worked out, it looks to be great. Knowing Google, it will be in beta for 5 years!

Okay, that one had LOML asking why I busted a gut. Took me 3 tries to even figure it out.

I've been using it for years now -- since before Google gobbled up GrandCentral. I love it.
leehljp, FWIW Google's idea of "beta" means that they're actively adding new features (as opposed to a more common interpretation of "buggy and unfinished.") They do this all the time for web applications, which is why they're always in beta.online at http://www.theFrankes.com
