    Cherry processing factory

Jeff's photos of his new "kids" reminded me I was going to share this pic of our little girl that lives in the cherry tree. She sits there in the tree during the day for hours at a time eating cherries. I can get within a few feet of her and she won't leave her precious cherry feast. When she gets bigger (which at the rate she's eating will be when all the cherries are gone) she'll likely transform into the nasty raccoon that is more typical. For now though, she's a cutie. This pic was taken a couple of days ago.

I had one who was too busy checking out the ground, walk right up on me. Couldn't tell you how fast it ran when it saw me as I was running the other way.

Cute, but dangerous... particularly after they reach bearing age.

When she is finished with the cherries, start giving her live chickens to eat. That will keep her around.

We use to lose one chicken each night until I finally saw the footprints in the dust along one window. Closed the window each night after that.

I hope that picture was taken through a rifle scope, right before a trigger pull!
