    PitchmAn or who's the replacement?

With Billy Mays passing away, what do you think will happen to the Pitchmen show? I've only seen parts of a couple episodes but it doesn't seem like they could make it work well with just one guy.

Who do you think would be a good replacement? Ron Popeal (sp?) has hawked tons of stuff (pocket fisherman, spray-on hair, etc.) but I don't know if he's done that for 3rd parties or just his products, and he was never much of a shouter like Mays...

Maybe this guy? He does a pretty solid voice over!

Warning, there is some swearing in it...

I am not sure there will be a replacement. A big reason the show came to be was that Billy and Michael Sullivan were friends in real life.

Yeah my guess is that the show will be canceled. I really enjoyed it too, and though Billy and Sully were surprisingly cool guys. I'll miss Billy more than Michael Jackson and Farrah put together. I know that's pathetic, but he was only one of the 3 still entertaining me on a regular basis.

I have really enjoyed the show, and will be one of the many who will miss Billy. And I agree, I'm more saddened about Billy than Michael...

+1 for me. Reading about his background and watching him on the TV show make him at least seem like a pretty decent guy. I could have named 1000 or more other celebs that I wish the Big Guy would have taken first.

I think the show's definitely over. The episode for he finale obviously had some last-minute edits, and it seemed to be a momorial to Billy. I saw a commercial for another program they'll have on 7/9, but this seemed to also be all about Billy.

Anyways, the more I found out about the guy, the more I liked him... sad to see him go.
