Not unexpected, but sad to see all the same... One of the truly nice guys from an era of TV that can never be duplicated, but can hopefully be remembered. He was the penultimate "sidekick"... the yin to Johnny's yang. Their chemistry has been imitated, but it just doesn't work the same for anybody else...
