I'm 1/3 way into the video and I can't wait until this is in full release. I
could really use something like this where I work. The one danger I see is
that you might forget who is in on the conversation/wave and say something
inadvertently.

Yah I would definitely want separate business and personal accounts. There was a company in the news somewhat recently who's CEO ordered the cc/bcc functionality removed.
