    For all you hirsute guys...

It's time for the World Beard and Mustache Championships!

    http://www.worldbeardchampionships.com/

I had to shave my beard down to a goatee, in case I had to don a respirator to fight swine flu (haven't had a single case yet), so I won't be entering, but in case you need a new hobby...

My wife would never let me. Actually she would let me but has made it clear that for as long as I have facial hair past 2 or 3 days of stubble I can't have any, err, fun.

I could probably grow one of those... but it would be on my back...

I had a mustache from age 17 (mostly peach fuzz) to age 37. I had learned along the way to groom it and avoid playing with it in public.

At the first sign of gray I hacked it off.

I can grow a sweet beard, but I'm not allowed to because of work. BTW, when did colonial sanders change is goatee? Maybe this guy is the evil version of the colonial, or he changed he dress to reflect the new grilled lineup.

I've noticed lately that my entire hair production seems to be going to my eye brows. I could probably do something fancy with them - or just grow them long for a comb-up.

I wish it was only my 'brows. The hair that used to reside on my head now lives in my ears.

As far as beard/mustaches — my wife has never seen me without at least a mustache.

Speaking about us old guys, does anyone really know why your ear hair grows more as you age. Is it to replace the loss of hair on your head? Nah

Wow, $20 for admisson. I'll take two. If you're in Alaska why even go. Half the men (and women) have beards already. Some pretty stylish.
