    Trash. Send it all down here to me and I'll dispose of it properly. I won't even charge him.

    You didn't specify grade, finish, etc.

        Lumber prices vary quite a bit by region and of course by grade. All I know is that not only do I wish I had it, but I wish I had somewhere to store it too.

        30,000 board ft?? Wow, at just $2 per foot that is $60,000. I have no idea what it is worth.

          One thing to consider is at 30,000 bf, it is likely a mix of select, common, and probably some boards that wouldn't make the common grade. If get to pick your boards then that isn't an issue, but if you're taking off the top then that should be factored into the price. Around here i would expect to see prices on something like that range from $1-$2/bf, with oak being closer to the $1 and walnut around $2.

            Sorry I obviously havent seen every piece but I can say that the vast majority are straight clear boards especially the 4-5000 bd ft of maple and ash that are stored in a barn. Will try to post pics this weakend of some of the planed boards

            all boards are band sawn no planing and they are dry enough to be usable right away

              For reference, Almendinger Sawmill in Johnstown charges $2/bft for maple and oak, and $3.50/bft for walnut, kiln dried.

              But absolutely post pictures and prices if possible, and contact information.

                almost everything in his barn looks like the one in the middle. Not sure if their is much figure, but I can look a little harder next time.

                  most of this is air dried
                  prices $2-2.50 for maple, $2.00 red oak, $3.00-4.00 cherry,$4.50-5 curly cherry, $2.00 ash

                  as always bulk discounts
                  do prices seem reasonable
                  let me know
