That is a flat belt drive buzz saw used for cutting firewood. Usually driven off the pto of a tractor. I have used them many times when I was growing up. They did the job. I actually have parts to several in my yard now, great yard art. The price may be a little high, but not a whole lot for my area of the country.Comment
