and could have resold them. On a whim decided to go to a yardsale today. Went to a community one and one house he had Simpson joist hangers .50c each. I bought 45 but should have bought them all. I also got 200 hurricane ties for 40 bucks. Even if I never used all the joist hangers I could easily have doubled or tripled my money I bet.

Yup, you should have bought them all. I could have bought cases and cases of Tapcon screws for about 25% of the going rate when a local lumber yard closed up. I didn't do it and wish I did. I could have sold them on fleabay and make a nice profit.
