Today makes four weeks with this last go around on my back. Chiropractor has me feeling good enough when I leave that I think that he may be helping. But I still believe that rest and inactivity is a good portion of my increased mobility. Along with the ibuprofen and ice packs. I have had two nights in the last week when I got more than 3 hours sleep at one try without being awakened for ice pack therapy. Felt great. Managed to run loader for two hours today before I had to lay down. Almost forgot what working was like. Bruce

Glad things are going a little better for you. Just don't overdo it.

          backache

I can relate to your problem with the back...from first hand experience.
I have been going to my chiropractor when ever I need to for the last thirty
years or more. He has helped more than anything else ever could! I ask them
( therapist) to put me on the traction table, It gently stretches your back length wise, holds a few seconds and then releases and does it again and again over a 20 - 30 minute cycle....it feels so good....it really limbers you up and makes you feel so good, you don't want it to stop! Ask them for the ultra sound, and heat therapy it will relax your back so much you won't want to leave when it is time to go. All the treatments are designed to relax the back muscles and tendons before the doctor does the spinal adjustment, and they work realy well...believe me!
