Is This Worth The Deal?

I will need this eventually this summer. I won't need the meter box, just the main panel but is it worth it? I don't know how much a new one costs.

edited to add that HD and Lowes both do not publish prices on their websites for these panels and I am too impatient to wait till tomorrow and call an electrical supply place.
