I haven't tried it, but I had to chuckle. One of the problems with many aerosol propellants is that they cause freezing. Looks like Loctite decided to "sell" the "problem".
I have used freeze-it spray or compressed air cans in an effort to freeze fasteners to release them, both with and without chemical aids. It doesn't work, in my experience - you really need differential freezing and heating, so that the differential expansion breaks the bond. Unfortunately, metal is too thermally conductive to achieve or control this.
The best and only real solution I have found is BreakFree - a rust penetrant developed for military use but available commercially (look in the gun department at a sporting goods store). I've tried the rest - Kroil, PB Blaster, etc. - and none of them work well. I put a few drops of BreakFree on it, wait a few minutes, and the fastener is loose and the rust dissolved.
Has to be reasonably warm (70F) to work that fast, though. In the winter, I heat with a propane torch first, then apply the BreakFree.

Skin Freeze
Every time I go to the dermatologist, she sprays liquid nitrogen (I think), on certain spots on my skin. This kills the "cancer"?
And it costs me $30.00 for each spot. Last time it cost me $330.00 to get fixed.
So what is the cost of this Loctite? Sounds like a new skin spray for us in the South. And even get lubed up at the same time. Just a thought.
