                That reminds me of a joke from an old Bill Cosby routine. He said that his mother always told him to make sure he was wearing clean underwear. When he asked her why, she said that it was so he wouldn't be embarrassed if he was in an accident and had to go to the hospital. He said that it wouldn't make any difference if you were wearing clean underwear because if you are about to be in an accident "first you say it, then you do it".
