The number you "visualize" will always be a multiple of 9. All multiples of 9 on the chart always have the same "gift". This teaser pops up in one form or another every 6 months or so.

If you take any 2 digit number and subtract the sum of the digits, you end up with a multiple of 9.

18-(1+8)=9

52-(2+5)=45

34-(3+4)=27

64-(6+4)=54

and so on...

If you try that a couple times, you will see that the multiples of 9 all have the same item. It changes each time you play, but they all have the same item. There are various versions of this game floating around.
