    Been a while since I had to use it but I believe it creates a WAV file when it converts. Did you import that wave file to Premiere?

      No. I saw something in DITool (or whatever it is in MEGUI thatspits out the DV2 file) and went to import it in Premiere but didn't see a .wav file. Of course it was 11:30 last night so I wil look again. I am stil wondering why Adobe didn't give Premiere the ability to import .VOB files. You'd think for a program that is supposed to be marketed to professionals it would do this. I'm not, I have it because I originally bought the CS3 suite for Dreamweaver.
