I have always marveled at people who were smart enough and energetic enough to expertly manipulate the system. You have to wonder what good they might accomplish if they really put their minds to it.

Don't get me wrong. I still despise deadbeats.

I can't figure out if that woman is a shyster or a wacko, or a bit of both. One way or the other, in the furture something has to be done to keep the taxpayers from getting stuck with the bill for situations like this.

Yeah, I thought about adding it to the thread that already existed, but it's a bit stale. i'm sure that a lot of people are no longer reading it (and I don't blame them!) I'll add a reply pointing them in this direction.
