    Whelp The Plumber is Here

and I am wondering if he is actually working. It is way too quiet - I don't hear any muttering, WTF???, paint-peeling language, etc. I'd better go check on him.

I hear the current crop of plumbers are not what they're cracked up to be (pun intended)...

So far I'm disappointed. I thought I'd learn some super-secret way to make plumbing easy-peasy. However he seems to be doing exactly what I would do, only much faster and with less mistakes.

Less trips to the hardware store too I imagine. When I do plumbing, I spend more on gas than parts.

Harrrumph. My wife already pointed out to me that he didn't go to the store once today, unlike myself who would go 4 times at least.

I go to the store because there's a cute cashier in a miniskirt and sweater.

just point out to her that if you had the store's inventory in the garage, like he has in his van........... you'd only have to make 3 trips

She's cute, no miniskirt though. She looks pretty fine in a hoodie and jeans though, and that is why I don't complain about going to the hardware store!!! Perhaps that is why I "have" to make so many trips?
