    I'm An Uncle X 2!

My next younger brother's wife had twins today, a boy and a girl. They were small - the boy is under 6lbs and the girl is just over 4. His daughter is in the NICU and his son may go there, his breathing wasn't quite right this afternoon. The docs don't think there will be problems, but your prayers are requested.

Updated - my nephew's breathing got better so he is being kept out of the NICU for now. My niece is there only because she is so small. As far as we all know, she is otherwise ok. So prayers that she can go home in a few days with Mommy and Daddy. That would be a miracle. She is already a miracle of sorts and with God anything is possible.

The chief cause of failure in this life is giving up what you want most for what you want at the moment.

Congratulations, and to the parents too. Have you made the double crib yet?

Small but healthy is all right and with two they each will have a best friend growing up.

Best to the parents twins, aunts, uncles, and anyone else who matters. Girls always seem to rebound better in these cases. My eldest was in the NICU from being two months early and having lung problems. Now she's counting the days until she gets to learn how to drive( in about four months)
