i guess it's stitched like making panoramic pics,including blending in zoomed in shots?
lookin around u can see people heads chopped off here n there,

I saw that a few days ago. It is amazing but not perfect. Some faces are chopped. That doesn't take away from the overall effect though.

On a slightly different topic ... here is a link to "Autostitch" trial program that will stitch together multiple photos into a panoramic. Kinda like a lo rez version of the Inauguration Photo. TV ads say that MS Vista can do this, too. (?)

I wonder if the guy with the chopped off head was moving his head down as pic was being snapped. It looks like the camera caught him in motion. There is another guy that looks like a monster because of the same thing. He's in the back row behind O'Bama on the left.

Yes Clarance Thomas looks asleep.
