25 Years of Mac - all incarnations
01-28-2009, 10:19 AM
I know, we had David's thread on this already, but
this
is a great visual reminder of all the incarnations of the Macintosh.
I have the one from 2002, and love it to death.
It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

Great link.
The first Mac that I used was a 87 Mac II at work, I was a PC guy until I bought an I Mac in 02 and upgraded to an 08 I Mac when they came out. I hated the old 87 but love the new ones.

Jeeze, I've owned at least seven different models, not counting old PowerBooks.

They left out some GREAT ones that I know of -
'89, SE-30 That was a great one! And the first POWER one by many standards.
'89, II CI Another great one and in color.
'95, 8600 - Still have it!

my first real computer was the apple II+ with dual floppy drives, and an extra 128K of memory.
