    Need Something Moved?

Call Crokett's Moving Co. After this weekend I think I am an expert. Yesterday we picked up 2 vanities, 2 toilets and a bathtub. Today we picked up a new couch. My wife informed me as I am typing this that tomorrow I get to go pick up a treadmill after work.

What was the bathtub made of?

I took one out a few years ago (late 40's style 4 1/2'er). I tried the old sledge hammer trick. After vibrating my arms, I finally cut the plumbing, use a couple of prybars, and moved it out whole.

I learned during my ONLY move, that I am not going to be able to depend on getting any help ever. Now I don't own a couch, because I don't want to try to move it myself.
She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

LOML and I have intentions of moving in around 4-5 years when my daughters are finished with secondary school. That way they should each have boy friends to do the grunt work
