    grainger's clearance center?

I have been trying to get a blower from their closeout section for almost a year now but everytime I try to add one the size I am looking for (to build an air cleaner) they are already sold out. Does anyone know if there is a system to when they update this section of their site with new items available?

In a possilbly related question (air cleaner), there was a link posted here a while back (can't find my bookmark) to a site that you would list certain items on Amazon you were interested in and it would send an email when there was a price reduction on an item listed.

    Thanks in advance!

thanks for the frozen warrior info - that was the site I was thinking of

now to snag a deal on a grainger blower(to make my own) so I don't have to shell out the big bucks

Here's a suggestion: Try picking up a furnace squirrel cage blower from a furnace installer. Lots of times they have blowers that are still good that came out of furnaces. I built my ceiling hanging cleaner with one I got for less than $5.oo

Exactly. When furnace installers remove these, it's because the heat exchangers have failed. The blowers will last practically forever. I got two for the time it took me to remove them and may go back for more.
