I'm Frustrated With UPS

I ordered some bottle stopper blanks from PSI on 12/10, they shipped UPS on 12/12, arrived in Port Angeles WA at 8:00 am 12/19 which is only 14 miles away so I should have had an afternoon delivery. As of today the tracking site gives me this message "Adverse weather conditions/the package will resume movement as soon as weather conditions allow". True we did have some snow but Hwy 101 is bare and wet and only minor packed snow on the streets.

I placed a second order on 12/16 and PSI shipped 12/18 by USPS it is due to show up today.

Sometimes you'll get a message like that which won't be removed until the package is delivered. Normally, they scan packages that go on the truck and you'll see an "out for delivery" in the trace. But this time of year (due to heavy volume), sometimes all the packages going onto the truck aren't scanned, so your trace may not be updated until delivery.

I'm no longer frustrated, the blanks were just delivered so it's shop time.
