        It's a Shelby Cobra replica. I suppose it could be real, but I'd bet my BT3 it's not.

          That guy is either single or he has 3-car garage. There are two trucks, a motorcycle and a sports car parked there.

            I'd guess it's a detached extra garage/workshop. I don't see an entry door going into a house and there is a hanging heater. Wife gets the attached garage and he gets the shop.
