Just call Microsoft and reactivate. It only takes a few minutes. I've had to do this a few times after either moving the HDD to a new machine or replacing a motherboard. I've never had a problem with it.

The chief cause of failure in this life is giving up what you want most for what you want at the moment.

I am going to have to do it for both computers now. I used my HD in LOML's to check it and when I put her's in mine it will not let me do any thing with activating while using it on her computer it boots to a blue screen and messages, so something is corrupt on her HD. Think what I am going to do is make her HD a slave to mine and burn some CD's of the files she wants to keep and then do a fresh install and see what happens. I will activate my computer first, It was so much easier with DoS 2.11. This is not what I had planned this week, got to get the decoration up out side before the bad weather gets here.

Took it to the shop a 10;30am after try to install a new HD. But the insall disc in and booted fine and then the blue screen of death with the same message as before. Why does my HD work in the d*** thing? There has go to be a conflict some place. Maybe my Windows XP disc doesn't have the right drivers for this MB.
