Based on a very fast read of the article, I think they're full of ... (can I say crap?) CRAP!

That said, one of my pet peeves with respect to my peers is their ineptitude when it comes to writing. It seems that skill is slowly being lost.

Believe me, my peers don't have that skill either. I mourn for losing my writing skills - 10 years of updating trouble tickets, defects, etc and having to be as brief as possible as definitely taken a toll on my writing.

Hey Rod as a 66 year old also, I can say I don't understand the younger generations. Now I sound like my Parents and their generation. I to used to be able to write well, but with the computer you don't have to. Never could spell but I could write and have some else correct the spelling. Now I have spell check and can't write.
