I would venture a guess and say it's nowhere near Miramar. That is an interesting site. Here's another pic:

A quick search found that it is from the 2004 Soporo Ice Festival in Japan. Lots of other neat sculptures there, too.

Y'all are good and fast! My first impression was Sapporo and the language looked all Greek to me too! Been 30 years since I studied Greek but at least I could still read it - just couln't remember what the words meant!

I enjoyed the pics. I don't believe the "Interchange Photo" is real, but it looks pretty neat! I don't think all the ramps connect properly, although they did a good job with the shadows and scaling. If it is real, where is it?
