Question about live.com rebate

I did my first live.com rebate, a 30% stacked on top of an eBay 10%. I purchased a second DeWalt DW618 router and base. I have a three base kit with motor, but the motor is ALWAYS parked in my lift, and it is the only router I have (I KNOW, I KNOW, How did I get away with one router for so many years?).

ANYWAY, seeing as this was my first transaction, I knew I had to wait for the E-Mail and setup my MS account. Do I pay w/ PayPal, and immediately get the E-Mail (this was last night).

However, when I click on the link to establish my account, I get a message that they are temporarily experiencing difficulty, that I need to try again later.

So I tried again this morning and get the same error.

Is this par for the course? Do I need to wait for a Microsoftie to come in on Monday and reset some server or something?

They've had some sporadic issues over the months, but I don't think that most have been recurring so it's difficult to tell what's going on with this one. It typically takes a day or two for the email to show up, but sometimes it'll show in your Ebay messages earlier, so you can check there too. I wouldn't expect much more than a form letter acknowledging your concern until Monday. They have been surprisingly responsive to past glitches if that's of any comfort to you.
