There is a set of dome lights in the van's DVD player. When the switch on the car is set for the dome lights to be on when doors are opened, those DVD lights are off but when you close the doors they come on and don't turn off. I didn't notice it until this weekend. We have two kids so not much of a night life. 
My wife said 'Oh yeah I meant to tell you about that...." She'd just been turning the switch on and off when she left in the morning.
Anyhoo I left a message with the sales guy around 5:00 today, not expecting a call back till tomorrow. I got a call at 5:30 apologizing for the delay and wanting to know if they have somebody come out and fix it in the morning.
