I saw an ad on Craigslist for an '08 Honda Odyssey new for 25,889 w/1.9%APR financing. That is shouting distance for a used '07 and is a much better APR. We are in the market for a new van (or will be come January). The only thing the van does not have is DVD (this is a must have for my wife). The dealer had same trim level w/DVD for approx 1500 more and refused to go any lower on the price on either car. Looking at Edmunds I see this incentive:

Considering that says the cash to dealer can't be combined with the low rate financing, does this mean I can assume the dealer cash is not included in the price I was quoted and I could get them to come down on it if I didn't get the lower interest rate? I would only be financing about 75% of the price either way.
