The 2nd best hangover prevention is to drink unfiltered beer. The small amount of yeast tat is in suspension is chock full of B12 - something that alcohol robs you of and a big cause of hangovers.
Of course the best prevention is to stop drinking, the option I eventually chose when the 2nd best option became less effective.
