    American Woodworker #27 request

If anyone has American Woodworker #27 (Jul-Aug 1992), could you PM or email me. I'd like to get the information in that issue on making slatted doors.

    Thanks.

    Stan,
I have several older AW magazines. I'll go thru them in the week and let you know if I have that one.

Can't help you with the mag, but Nahm did a show with louvered doors/shutters made with a shop-made jig that looked really easy to do

Router workshop did a show on shutters.

Basically, they made a panel and frame door but instead of a groove to hold a panel, they ran a series of angled dados along the inside edge of the stiles using something like a box joint jig.

They ran a rabit (sp?) front and back to hold a stop to hold the slats in.

          Thanks Johan, appreciate your looking.

I saw the other items mentioned above, but thought it would be faster to ask if anyone has the magazine article. NYWS and RWS would take a while to order and get the information here.
